new Aurora Centre at Montagu NHS Hospital, Mexborough, Nr
Doncaster. This is the new cancer rehabilitation centre where families
can spend time with the patients in calm and peaceful surroundings with lots of
natural daylight and comfortable furniture. We wish everybody involved all the
best for the opening on 29th November 2009.

Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to any and every part of the Rug and Cane website, and by visiting this site you are agreeing to adhere to the following:
1. Price & Payment Terms
1.1 The prices displayed include VAT at the current rate.
1.2 We reserve the right to adjust the price before delivery to reflect any unforeseen cost increases.
1.3 Payment of goods constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined in this document.
1.4 Goods remain the property of Rug and Cane until payment is received in full.
2. Delivery
2.1 We may deliver your order as part deliveries.
2.2 If you refuse delivery of the goods we may charge you for the cost of the delivery.
2.3 If you accept a delivery with a damaged box we cannot be held responsible for any damage to what is inside once the goods have been signed for.
2.4 Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined.
2.5 For large orders a signature will be required by the carrier. If no one is available a card will be left and you will have to rearrange delivery with the depot within 5 days. If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for the parcel to be redelivered.
3. Refunds
3.1 If you wish to return any items purchased from us you must give us written notice within 7 days of receipt.
3.2 All returns must be returned at your cost in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.
3.3 Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges.
